Please fill out the report at the link below. An email with your responses will go to the pertinent assignor. They will communicate with you directly as needed.
- This report is to share incidents of sportsmanship – both good and bad – that are not covered by an ejection or incident report.
- WCOUA encourages anyone affiliated with the game to file a report as they see fit – especially for positive examples of sportsmanship.
- Examples, as dictated, will be shared with the OHSAA and other bodies to communicate a Respect the Game philosophy and for educational purposes.
